Imo: Supreme Court drops Justice Okoro from panel

The Supreme Court has dropped Justice Inyang Okoro as a member of the seven-panel scheduled to pay attention the application for the overview of the January 14, 2020 judgment which sacked Emeka Ihedioha as Imo State governor and mounted Hope Uzodinma in his stead.
The purpose listing issued Tuesday morning through the Supreme Court beforehand of the day’s sitting had Justice Okoro as a member of the panel to sit down on the appeal.
